Privacy policy

Who we are
Look Twice Ltd is a brand and customer experience strategy consultancy registered in England and Wales. For anything in this policy, contact [email protected].
What we collect and why
When you get in touch. Whether you email us or use the contact form, we get your name, email address and whatever you write. We use it to reply and keep the conversation going. Nothing else.
When you book a call. Booking runs on Google's appointment system, so Google collects your details under its own privacy policy and passes them to us. We use them to hold the slot and speak to you.
When we work together. We hold the contact and business details needed to do the work and invoice for it, under our agreement.
When you visit this site. We use two analytics tools to understand how the site is used:
- Cloudflare Web Analytics collects aggregate numbers only - visits, pages, countries, devices. It sets no cookies and collects no personal data.
- Microsoft Clarity shows us how visitors move around the site - clicks, scrolling and anonymised session recordings. We use this to make the site clearer and easier to use.
Our legal basis for all of the above is legitimate interest, except client work, where it is our contract.
Cookies
This site does not ask for cookie consent, so for visitors in the UK and Europe Clarity runs without setting cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics never sets any. For visitors outside these regions, Clarity may set its standard analytics cookies - Microsoft explains these at learn.microsoft.com/clarity.
The booking calendar on the contact section is embedded from Google, and Google may set its own cookies when it loads. Google's privacy policy covers what it does with them.
Who we share it with
We never sell or trade your data. It is only handled by the services that run the business: Cloudflare (website hosting and analytics), Microsoft (Clarity), Formspree (contact form delivery), Google (email, bookings and file storage) and FreeAgent (accounting). Each is bound by its own data protection commitments.
Some of these providers are US companies, so data may be processed outside the UK under recognised safeguards such as the UK's data bridge and standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Emails and enquiries stay in our inbox for as long as they are useful to the conversation. Client and invoicing records are kept for six years after the work ends, as UK tax rules require.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email [email protected] and we will sort it. If you are not happy with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
